A simple, no-friction way to remove your EcoTycoon data.

How to request deletion

You can request the deletion of your EcoTycoon account and all related data at any time. Just send us an email — that's it.

Email us at ecotycoonfr@gmail.com from the address linked to your Google Sign-In.

Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" so we can prioritize it.

We confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your Firebase account record (auth and profile).
  • All cloud-saved game progress: coins, factories, upgrades, robots, research, missions, and statistics.
  • Your entry on the global leaderboard.
Heads up: deletion is permanent. Once your data is removed it cannot be recovered, and reinstalling the game will start a fresh save.

What may be retained

Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you, and limited records we are required to keep for legal or tax purposes, may be retained.
